FRIDAY NOV 19 - Sake Tasting & Seminar

Junipero & Co. will be hosting a premium sake tasting and Education class. Chef Ed Metcalfe of Shiso Sushi in Sonoma will walk you through four tastings of premium sakes. He will talk about milling process, brewing process and what makes a good sake. Light appetizers will be included. RSVP appreciated.
